Deposit Required

1 bedroom condos = $200.00 US
2 bedroom condos = $300.00 US
3 bedroom condos = $500.00 US
Homes/Cottages = $500.00 US

Cancellations

$100 cancellation fee, for reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival.
Deposit may be forfeited if cancellation is not received 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations without advance deposit are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
